Well, the area was very busy overall.

This hotel is located in a cool area, surrounded by good restaurants and close to the center of Mariscal. It is also conveniently situated in New Town. Guests have praised the clean and comfortable rooms, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is described as nice, with a variety of options available. The hotel also has a lovely garden area for guests to enjoy.
One negative aspect mentioned in a review is that some of the rooms are smaller and less desirable compared to others, with limited space and less favorable views.

Cozy hotel, centrally located in a vibrant area. The friendly driver promptly picked us up from the airport. Our single bedroom was small but clean and refurbished. The included breakfast was delicious. Despite some noise from the kitchen in the mornings, the staff made an effort to keep it down. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and perfect location.

The accommodations were very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, only a few minutes away from the nightlife. I also appreciated the fact that there was a great outdoor seating area for breakfast, and the option to purchase snacks on site.
The windows did not do a good job of blocking out the outside noise, which made it quite loud at night. Additionally, noise from inside the building could be heard whenever a door was opened, which was a bit bothersome.
